How I Work

I work in close partnership with leaders who are navigating complexity, growth, and change. My role is to help them think clearly, challenge what may be holding them back, and move forward with greater impact, both for themselves and their organisations.

My perspective comes from an unconventional journey. I grew up in rural China in a farming community, and have since lived and worked across multiple countries and industries. That experience has shaped how I see leadership, grounded, practical, and deeply aware of the human realities behind performance and decision-making.

I began my career in retail and food manufacturing with global organisations, moving into senior roles across fast-growing Asian markets. I later moved to the UK and worked in strategy consulting, M&A, and business restructuring, leading global projects and teams in demanding environments.

Over time, I became more interested in what sits beneath strategy, how leaders think, where they get stuck, and how they show up under pressure. That curiosity led me to focus on leadership advisory and coaching.

For the past seven years, I’ve worked with leaders across sectors including Professional Services, Technology Consulting, Travel & Leisure, Industrial, and Financial Services. I support them through moments that matter, whether that’s stepping into bigger roles, leading through uncertainty, or navigating complex organisational change.

I don’t believe there are simple answers in leadership. But I do believe that with the right level of challenge, reflection, and support, leaders can find clearer ways forward that are both effective and authentic.

I am based in London and work globally.
